The ECAHMAA Employment and Training Program removes barriers to employment and empowers Hmong families to better their economic future. The bilingual Employment and Training Coordinator works directly with Hmong clients to help them identify their needs, create economic self-sufficiency plans, and access appropriate services.
In addition, the Employment and Training Coordinator assists area employers in ensuring job retention of their Hmong employees by providing Hmong cultural presentations to their non-Hmong workforce.
