The Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association (ECAHMAA) is a nonprofit, community-based organization looking for a full time Executive Director (ED) responsible for planning and leadership. The ED must be able to build partnerships with federal, state and local funding sources. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both Hmong and English and have a deep knowledge of the Hmong-American Community. The candidate must live in, or relocate to the Eau Claire Area. An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience will be considered an asset. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.
