Vending at the 2019 Eau Claire Annual Hmong New Year Celebration

Interested vendors are encouraged to apply early as space is limited and booth fills up quickly! The deadline to apply is October 25th, 2019. Applications received without the booth and deposit fee will not be assigned a vending space/booth number. Booth space designations are on a first come, first serve basics considering that all required information are received. A vendor checklist is available to assist you in completing all required permits, etc. and in preparing for the event.

You may also contact Valerie Reiter, Environmental Health Specialist at the Eau Claire City-County Health department at (715) 839-2852 for additional questions about applying for a food permit or if you have any other questions or concerns regarding food permits.
